Environmental activists and supporters will join hundreds of thousands around the world in a march demanding action over
climate change.
The Leicester Friends of the Earth group is urging people in the city to come out in force and show their support and unity during the event, this weekend.
Marchers will gather in Victoria Park at 11.30am on Saturday, with similar demonstrations being organised in cities across the UK and further afield.
