Police are appealing for help after a 64-year-old man went for a bike ride and did not return.Hugh Uzzell, from Ketton in Rutland, was last seen by a family member in High Street, Stamford, at 1pm on Saturday.He was riding his blue Condor mountain bike which has lights and saddlebags. He was wearing a blue cycling jacket, black cycling leggings with a small yellow bag attached, a scarf or snood around his neck, a light which he wears on his forehead, thick black gloves and no helmet.Hugh speaks...
