Leicestershire teenagers are being encouraged to make their voices heard by getting involved in the biggest ballot of young people in the UK.Over 4,000 voting forms asking young people to choose what issue matters most to them have been sent to all 11-to-18-year olds by Leicestershire County Council.The consultation, called 'Make Your Mark', is run every 12 months by the UK Youth Parliament (UKYP) and this year, is hoping to generate one million votes nationally.Teenagers are asked to choose...
