Patients have been given more time to give their views on the future of health services in Leicestershire and Rutland.Health bosses are looking to shake up services as part of the Better Health Together programme.They want to move more services out of hospitals and into community hospitals, health centres and GP surgeries.They say it will be better for patients and help to plug a £400 million gap in health care spending by 2019.As part of the programme, six specialities are being reviewed...
