Two married couples involved in cheating Leicestershire County Council out of cash in a business scam, have been ordered to re-pay £87,500.
Malcolm Farnish, 66, a former stores controller based at the council's highways depot in Croft, abused his position of trust by fraudulently placing orders with a company he was involved in.
