A group of staff response for cleaning and catering at Leicester's hospitals have lost their jobs after failing a food hygiene test, it has emerged
The staff were all employed by Interserve, the private company which provides cleaning and catering services at the city's hospitals said the staff had to take the test as part of a shake up of services combining cleaning and catering roles.
