Police have closed down an alleged drugs den which was attracting up to 70 "customers'' a day.
The flat in West Street, near Leicester Prison, has been sealed off for three months and the unofficial tenants kicked out. The registered tenant is currently in prison.
Police said neighbours had been made ill by the constant coming and going from the flat, which is owned by Midland Heart housing association.
