Three casualties had to be freed from a damaged vehicle following a collision between a lorry and a car on the Oakham Road in Whitwell.Fire crews were called the incident on the north shore of Rutland Water shortly after 3.30pm today.A fire service spokeswoman said: "Three people had to be released by the fire service."One was taken to hospital in an air ambulance.
