An ice cream parlour will celebrate Leicester's Sky Ride through the city streets with an Italian job.Gelato Village, in St Martins, is to create a specially-themed pink gelato in honour of Fausto Coppi.The legendary Italiancyclist won the Giro d'Italia five times.
